Authorized evidence
Capture the store, SKU, price, inventory, traffic, campaign, and local context available for the decision. Record data freshness and missing signals.
Cognitive agents / Physical retail
The ultimate goal is an established physical retail sale. Nusawan is developing a pilot workflow to connect authorized store, POS, inventory, traffic, and campaign signals to human-approved actions and recorded transaction outcomes—so teams can test where sales evidence supports the next market decision.
Sales evidence / Decision ledger
Capture the store, SKU, price, inventory, traffic, campaign, and local context available for the decision. Record data freshness and missing signals.
Assign a recommendation ID, rationale, owner, approval, execution window, affected locations, and any manager changes before the team acts.
Where authorized data permits, use an execution-specific campaign, coupon, QR, referral, or order-metadata key for a direct join to a completed transaction. Store, time, SKU, or basket co-occurrence alone remains directional. Also record no sale, unattributed sales, and insufficient evidence.
Compare against an agreed baseline, control, matched store, or matched period. Account for seasonality, stockouts, price changes, overlapping campaigns, and cannibalization before attributing lift.
Connected retail / Sales evidence chain
The pilot design preserves the chain from authorized evidence to approved execution and every recorded outcome—including no sale or insufficient evidence. Connections remain conditional on system availability, permissions, and supported integrations.
Authorized store evidence
Hypothesis + rationale
Manager review
Bounded store action
Sale, no sale, or insufficient evidence
Your context / Your control
Potential inputs are always conditional on authorization, availability, and supported connections.
Completed transaction lines, returns, and recognized revenue
Availability, depth, and movement
Authorized footfall and visit context
Current offers, audiences, and timing
Owner-authorized Google Business Profile context
Consented reviews, messages, and surveys
Evidence quality / Honest attribution
A transaction carries an execution-specific campaign, coupon, QR, referral, or order-metadata key that deterministically links it to the approved action. Report the observed relationship without claiming causality beyond the trace.
Define the evidence contractA designed comparison estimates what changed beyond the expected baseline. Preserve method, comparison cohort, exclusions, and confidence with the result.
Design the comparisonStore, time, SKU, or basket co-occurrence—and any result with incomplete identity, coverage, or comparison data—remains directional and cannot satisfy the expansion gate.
Set the decision boundaryExpansion discipline / Earn the next market
Completed sales provide evidence about where demand may be concentrated. Nusawan recommends expansion tests only after the evidence repeats and the operation can support them; a named human decides.
Test the store × product × offer hypothesis with completed transactions and a documented comparison.
Rank observed sales concentration by product, customer, store format, location, and region; check returns, inventory capacity, repeatability, and margin where authorized cost data is available.
Market share requires total brand sales and qualified total category sales for the same category, geography, channel, period, currency, gross-or-net treatment, and sell-in or sell-through basis. Incomplete brand coverage is sales contribution, not market share.
Test the previously supported play in matched stores or formats with local approval, bounded inventory, and the same evidence contract.
Recommend advancing by store cluster, format, or region only when repeated sales evidence and operational guardrails hold.
Monitor drift, stock constraints, customer response, returns, and margin. When evidence weakens, Nusawan recommends a pause or revision; a named human decides.
Connected retail / Sales evidence pilot
Start with one defined store, product, offer, and sales hypothesis. Agree the evidence chain before the pilot begins.
